Privacy and Data Protection Policy – SYNVIOS

1- Privacy and Data Protection Commitment.

SYNVIOS  ensures full commitment and commitment to complying with the legislation that  regulates the privacy policy, protection and processing of personal data in order to safeguard any and all rights and protect the personal data of our customers. 

This policy concerns privacy practices within the scope of the activity carried out by  SYNVIOS , including portals, online sites and other services provided by the Company. Personal data  provided during the provision of the service will be treated in a secure and  confidential manner, as required by the legal framework relating to the protection of  personal data.

 

2- Responsible for Data Processing

SYNVIOS – CONSULTADORIA FORMAÇÃO E SISTEMAS INFORMÁTICOS LDA ,  Limited Company, legal entity no. 513 228 420, with share capital of €47,500.00  (forty-seven thousand and five hundred euros), at its headquarters Av. Duque de Loulé, 75 – 1ºDTO 1050-088 Lisboa , is responsible for the processing of personal data.

The person responsible for data protection, designated by SYNVIOS , can be contacted  via email – epd@synvios.pt – or via registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt  to Av. Duque de Loulé, 75 – 1º DTO 1050-088 Lisboa.

 

4- Privacy

SYNVIOS  respects your right to privacy . The data requested is intended to  provide the service requested by you, and personal data that is not  necessary to provide the service will not be collected. Interaction with the services, portals and other services provided by SYNVIOS  does not require  information from the user, except when, for expressly identified situations,  registration is declared necessary and is authorized by the user.

 

5- Categorization of Personal Data

Personal Data is information relating to an identified or identifiable person. A person who can be directly or indirectly identified  is considered identifiable. Personal data also constitutes the set of distinct information that can lead to the  identification of a specific person. Examples of personal data:

d) Identification documents (Citizen’s Card, Driving License, others);

e) IP address;

f) Cookies;

6- Rights of the Personal Data Holder

Under the terms of the GDPR, as the holder of personal data and in relation to the personal data  subject to processing by Synvios , the holder has the following rights, to be exercised under the  terms of the GDPR and other applicable legislation relating to personal data :

a) The right to access your personal data;

b) The right to rectify your personal data;

c) The right to delete your personal data;

d) The right to limit the processing of your personal data;

e) The right to portability of personal data provided by you;

f) The right to object to certain processing of personal data concerning you  ;

g) The right not to be subject to any decision made exclusively based  on automated processing.

 

7- Personal Data Management and Archive

Your personal data is kept by SYNVIOS for the period necessary for processing,  in accordance with the respective purpose.

 

8- Change to the security and privacy policy

This policy may be changed considering that the changes come into force  from the date of their publication on this platform, with express reference to the date  of update.
